  • What a great experience! Waiting for a tow truck is never a fun time. However we had Isaac as our driver. He was in constant communication with us from the moment he was given our tow. He was charming and funny. Most important to me was his integrity. He went above and beyond his job to help us out. He answered all my questions and was able to get us where we needed to go.   • I tried to park my car on a curve side and fell in a ditch off the paved street. It was really a bad situation that I had to finally call a tow truck to pull the car out of the place, at late night. I was lucky that Isaac was in the neighborhood, came in 10 min. to rescue my car. He was very helpful and professional. Exactly knew how to resolve the situation without using his towing equipment. He not only got my car out of the position but also saved my car without a scratch. I am very thankful to him.

Awesome crew!, I was waiting for tow truck for aaa for a couple of hours eventually gave up and called 24hour Island Towing the lady on the phone was very nice and the tow truck driver came really quick explain to me the situation carefully and picked me up I was home after 25 minutes safe and sound, really hope I will never get stuck again but if I will I'll definitely call those guys! It was a fair price and an awesome service!! I hope I'm not gonna have problems again in the future but if I will I'll call them again 100%%!

  • Isaac is the man! Very friendly guy who helped me tons. He arrived within 30 minutes of me calling their office and had my car at Firestone within an hour before they closed. To top it off I had lost my phone while signing the paperwork and he found it! Would definitely recommend this company if you need quick reliable towing. All towing is expensive, their pricing was what I expected..nothing outrageous.

  • Thank god I called these guys. The first tow company I contacted never showed up after I paid and waited hours. This company picked me and my car up immediately and it was in the middle of the night! Service on this island is slow and sketchy if you do not call the right people.

  • Isaac was GREAT! He called right away to let us know he's coming, unlike AAA (not a single phone call from the tow driver and the call center guy said he'll call dispatch to find our tow, but never called back) and came within 15min. It was a bit pricey but AAA reimburses with this company anyways so that's not a problem. Isaac was nice and really cared about our frustrations.
